SHIPPING
All orders are usually processed and shipped out within 2 business days. NEC is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier (USPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. All orders are shipped via USPS. Customers will receive notification via email from NEC when item is shipped. If you do not receive this email within 2 to 4 days after placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk mail folder or contact us. This email will include your Delivery Confirmation Number (if USPS). Please note that the USPS Delivery Confirmation service is not an actual Tracking number, but rather simply shows when the label was printed and when the item was delivered at its final destination.
SHIPPING TRANSIT & INSURANCE
Once an order is given to a shipping carrier, the package then becomes that carrier's responsibility and NEC is no longer liable. All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Privacy Policy
NEC respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.
Payment Options
For web purchases NEC accepts check, money orders and credit cards through PayPal. For purchases made in person NEC accepts cash and checks only.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are gladly accepted within 7 days for store/website credit or exchange. Refunds will be provided by the original form of payment minus shipping cost. All returned items must be returned in original, sealable and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping cost are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the shipment, NEC will contact you by email to confirm your website/ store credit.
Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Call 832.443.6737 or email

Sales Tax
We collect 8.25% Texas sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

NEC Collection includes limited edition jewelry (no more than 3 produced) or one of a kind items.
