HOW DO I PURCHASE JEWELRY?

I am a woman-owned and operated business in North Carolina. When I release new jewelry, everything I have available for purchase is on my website.  Some items can be ordered with a 10 day production timeline. Other jewelry is one-of-a-kind and if you don't see it here, it is sold out.  I am continually designing and creating new pieces, which you can see on my Instagram @nanedwardscollection.  My handmade jewelry is released weekly and monthly.

PRODUCTION TIME AND SHIPPING

Because of the small studio environment in which this jewelry is created, production and order times can vary. 

  • 'Ready to ship' pieces will ship within 1-2 business days.
  • 'Made to order' pieces can take up to 10 days to fabricate and ship.

Please read the product description to see if your item is 'made to order' or 'ready to ship' prior to purchasing! 

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped out immediately via USPS First Class Mail as it is the most economical.  If you feel you would like to opt-in to Signature Confirmation please leave a note on your order and I will include that free of charge.

I do my best to accommodate if you have a special time restraint. Please contact me directly via e-mail at info@nanedwardscollection.com.

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order and when your item is shipped.  

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of my work, all sales are final. If you submit an order, you have agreed to the purchase of the item, its listing description, and its photos. Please read the listings carefully and view additional photos prior to making a purchase.

JEWELRY CARE + REPAIR WORK

Each piece comes with a sample polishing cloth to keep your investment looking new. Jewelry Cleaning Clothes are available to purchase. The best way to clean your jewelry is with clear, unscented dish soap and a soft toothbrush. Gemstones should be treated with care; I don't recommend swimming with them on.

If your piece requires repair or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please email me at info@nanedwardscollection.com. Items which need repair within 60 days of purchase will not incur a repair fee. After this window, there will be a fee depending on materials and the extent of the repair. 

PRIVACY POLICY

I do not sell nor share any personal data with any outside agency or organization other than as necessary to complete your business transactions (such as credit card processing or shipping address).

If you opt into emails, I may send you information about sales or new collections. You may opt out of such contact by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email. 

Any account information such as email address, name, and address is collected to make your shopping and ordering experience faster and more convenient. Such information can be removed from my system by request.
